Every one of these starts with something online that will not stay online. Secure it first, decide what to do with it afterwards. All situations →

Whether evidence is sufficient is always for the court to decide. instantproof produces technical evidence, not legal advice. If your case later needs a bailiff or a lawyer, they can build on the package you already have.

A public web page: paste the address. Something behind a login, such as WhatsApp, Facebook or your mailbox: open a recorded browser session and log in yourself. A photo, video or document: upload the file.
Everything happens in an isolated browser on our side, so nothing on your computer is touched. The content, the time and the network traffic are fingerprinted, time-stamped and sealed by an EU-qualified provider.
You get a certificate PDF plus all the underlying files in one folder. Keep it, send it to your lawyer, or hand it to the police. It stays verifiable even if instantproof no longer existed.
Send the bundle to your lawyer, the police or the other side. Anyone can check it at secure.instantproof.legal/verify, without an account. Or keep it safe until you need it: it does not expire.
Most people need one or two items. Create an account, add a small balance, and only pay for what you secure.
All prices include VAT. You keep every package you create, even if you never use instantproof again.
That depends on your case, not on the evidence. What instantproof gives you is the technical proof, secured at the moment it still existed. In many disputes that is enough to make the other side back down. If it goes further, you hand the evidence bundle to your lawyer, who can verify every part of it without involving us.
In some procedures a bailiff's report is still required. A bailiff can then authenticate the package you already have, instead of hoping the content is still online weeks later. Nothing you secure today is ever wasted.
Admissibility is always for the court. What instantproof gives you is a qualified electronic time-stamp and seal, which under EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS) carry a legal presumption of accuracy and integrity in every EU country, plus a recording of the actual network traffic. That is far stronger than a screenshot, and your lawyer or a court-appointed expert can verify it independently.
No. Everything runs in your normal browser. For a recorded session we open an isolated browser on our servers that you control from your screen, so nothing is installed on your computer or phone.
Yes. Start a recorded session, open WhatsApp Web inside it and log in with your own phone, as you normally would. The conversation is recorded as it is served by WhatsApp's servers. You can also upload an exported chat, but that is weaker proof, and we say so on the certificate.
No. We can only secure what still exists at the moment you capture it. That is exactly why acting quickly matters: secure it today, decide what to do with it later.
Only you. Your files are stored in the EU, you can download them at any time, and you decide who gets the bundle. We never look at the content of what you secure.
You can create an account and secure a public page or a photo from your phone. For a recorded session, which you steer like a remote computer, a laptop or desktop is far more comfortable. We recommend using a computer for that.
Yes. The time-stamp and seal are recognised across the EU, and the technical proof is just as strong anywhere else. The service is in English; the evidence itself is language-independent.
